Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Technivo AB when you use MinKörkort. By creating an account or buying access you accept them, so please read them.
Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law. Where these terms and that law disagree, the law wins.

2. What the service is — and is not
MinKörkort provides English-first study material for the Swedish category B driving theory test: lessons, road signs, practice questions, and timed mock tests.
- We are a private company. We are not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Trafikverket, Transportstyrelsen, or any driving school.
- Our questions and explanations are written by us. They are not the official test questions, which are confidential and which we have no access to.
- We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass the official theory test.
- Traffic rules and road signs change. For driving on public roads, always follow the current official rules and your instructor.
- You need your own device and internet connection. The service works in a current version of any common browser.
3. Your account
- You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be able to receive email at it.
- Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Sharing, reselling, or transferring paid access is not allowed.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Closing it does not by itself refund unused access.
4. Plans, prices, and payment
We sell time-limited access to the full study material. All prices are in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT (moms) for consumers:
- 10 days
- 99 SEK incl. VAT
- 30 days
- 199 SEK incl. VAT
- 90 days
- 299 SEK incl. VAT
- There is no subscription. Access simply ends when the period runs out — nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- The period starts as soon as your payment succeeds, and is counted in calendar days including weekends and holidays.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any card, currency conversion, or bank fee charged by your own bank is between you and your bank.
- We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects access you have already paid for.
- Some material is free to use without paying. What is free may change over time.
5. How the purchase is made
- You choose a plan and go to checkout.
- You confirm the required consents, including whether you want access to start immediately.
- You pay through Stripe.
- A binding contract is formed when your payment is approved. We then unlock your access and send an order confirmation by email, which also serves as your receipt.
Before you pay you can go back and change or cancel your order at any point. We store which version of these terms applied to your purchase with your account so you can retrieve them.
Access can also be granted through an activation code we issue. A code requires a signed-in account, can be used once, and gives the same access as the matching paid plan.
6. Right to change your mind (ångerrätt)
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. Because we sell digital content that starts immediately, you can lose that right — but only if you expressly ask us to start at once and confirm that you understand you are giving the right up. We ask both questions separately at checkout, unticked by default.
The full rules, the standard withdrawal form, and how to claim a refund are in our Withdrawal Policy.
7. If something is wrong (reklamation)
The service has to work as described. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260) you may complain about a fault in digital content for up to three years, and for continuous access such as ours we are responsible for faults that appear during your access period. A fault that shows up within the first year is presumed to have been there from the start unless we can show otherwise.
- Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the problem — a message within two months is always in time.
- We will first try to fix the fault. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or cancel the purchase and get your money back.
- Short interruptions for maintenance or updates are not faults, and we will keep them as brief as we can.
To make a complaint, email support@technivo.se with your account email and a description of the problem.
8. What you may not do
When using the service, you must not:
- Copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, or resell our lessons, questions, or explanations.
- Share your account or let anyone else use your paid access.
- Try to get around the paywall, sign-in, or any other access control.
- Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service.
- Use the service to cheat in the official theory test or for any other unlawful purpose.
- Abuse or harass our staff or other users.
If you break these rules seriously or repeatedly we may suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paying account for a breach that was not your fault, we refund the unused part of your access.
9. Who owns the content
The lessons, questions, explanations, design, software, and branding belong to us or to our licensors. While your access is active you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own study. That licence does not let you copy, publish, or commercially exploit the material, and it ends when your access ends.
Official Swedish road-sign artwork originates from Transportstyrelsen and public regulations, and remains subject to its own terms.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, add, or remove features. If we make a change that significantly harms your access to what you paid for, you may cancel and get back the unused portion of your payment.
11. Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but studying with us is not a guarantee of any exam result. We are not responsible for a failed test, for a booking fee you lose, or for other indirect losses, unless we caused them through negligence.
Except where the loss was caused by our gross negligence or intentional act, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we explain the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example when the law changes or we add features. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you accepted when you bought. We will post any new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
14. Complaints, disputes, and applicable law
Please contact us first at support@technivo.se. Almost everything can be sorted out that way.
If we cannot agree, you can take the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish national board for consumer disputes, free of charge apart from its own application fee. Its decisions are recommendations, and we will tell you our position on taking part if a dispute arises. You can also get free guidance from Konsumentverket / Hallå konsument.
- Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
- Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sverige
- Website
- https://www.arn.se
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden. Disputes may be brought before a Swedish court. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country and may also bring a claim there.
